I turned it on and went through all the different functions.

This is a used unit. To test normal 110 volts , I would imagine I would use the white, black and green to test, but I am not sure which mode selection switches I would have to have set up.

I am not quite sure how to use it. There is a cable that has red, green, black, white and orange wires on it.

You are the expert on this unit. Then I pressed the negative button and it says 082 and then a couple of seconds later it reverts back to zero, back to the Ln light comes on.

I pressed the positive button and it says 82 on the display with the button pressed on the end.
