It was working then. I think all the main components are there, but some of accessories such as cables, strapping tape, and rubber sheet missing. I'm not sure if the calibration is still accurate. I m sorry if my is vague, but not completely sure about the specifics.

It looks like there are two transmitters and the housings missing for both. This is a Binsfeld TorqueTrak 10K torque telemetry system. It is incomplete. There is a picture with list of all the System Components and items included are shown in pictures.

I'm pretty sure the power supply is not original and one battery has corrosion on terminals. I think it was only used for one testing session around 2012. I turned it on recently, but have done no actual testing.
